OMG!!!!

About dang time!!!! We finally signed on the refi tonight. It only took a couple of months of us jumping thru hoops. But now we wont lose the house and we are paying off all debt with it. A fresh start for us. It will be nice. It was alot of work and alot of stress but hopefully the stress will be behind us now and we can get on with our lives. FHA loans are the hardest to get approved for and to deal with but so worth it once it is all over. Now we can take a deep breath!!!. yeah!!!!!!!!!
